Zaina El Hajj is a 46 year old woman presenting to the emergency department with a 24 hour history of feeling unwell. Initially she stated she had indigestion and took some Mylanta with no improvement. By this morning, she had pain radiating from her epigastric region up to her jaw.
Zaina is an accountant with a history of hypertension and an ex smoker. She is married to Jasar. Her father was diagnosed with cardiac disease at 42.
