Locate an individual within an organization of your choice with whom you can meet (virtually or in person) to ask your 15 questions to discover the organizational climate, characteristics, challenges, and business type. While the organization does not have to have 1,000 or more employees, it should be a larger organization. Include the organization’s name, the number of employees within the organization, who you interviewed, their position within the company, and their length of time at the company.

List five strategies to help an individual function within that climate. The strategies need to align with the analysis. Include the 15 questions, when you submit your assignment.
