Initial post from my classmate:
Hello,
My name is Toni, and my brain is the most complex organ in my body. My brain is probably my favorite organ in my body because it does so much for me. My brain basically controls everything in my body from my motor skills to my nervous system. My brain allows me to think for myself and be able to regulate my thoughts and emotions. Without my brain I wouldn’t be able to create art, travel, remember my favorite memories or create my own perceptions of the world. Along with all of that, my brain also controls my touch, vision, breathing temperature, hunger and basically every process that regulates my body. With my brain allowing me to do so many amazing things, I do a few daily things to keep my brain healthy and happy such as, exercising, getting plenty of sleep, nourishing myself with delicious foods and by trying new things to help keep my brain stimulated. Hi Toni, it’s great that you take good care of your brain. I suppose maintaining a healthy and happy brain is the key to life. I feel as though people don’t realize the importance of proper nutrition, daily exercise, and learning a new skill is a good way to keep your brain high functioning. Also, getting enough sleep is so important for your brain to fix itself. These things can help improve brain function, memory, and mood thus your brain can keep doing all the amazing things it does for you.
