Hence, social media was used as a tool for them to market their product since people nowadays are more likely to buy online as it is way more efficient for them than going outside. It is shown in the findings how social media has been useful to business owners, specifically coffee shops, where they promote their products using different social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Furthermore, to keep their customers buying their products, they make sure to provide them with the information they need on purchasing the product and satisfy them with quality service to keep their trust. Therefore, the effectiveness of social media as a tool for business promotion among coffee shops in Cebu City is very high.
