I give $500,000 to my sister Lisa Bond. I give the residue equally to my wife Monique Delacroix Bond and my son James. I name my sister Lisa Bond executor of the estate. Several months later, Andrew was having lunch with a colleague who told him that the will wouldn’t be valid because there was no address for the house. Andrew was very concerned and called his attorney; however, his attorney was out of town. Since Andrew and Monique were planning to leave in two days for their skiing vacation, he had his secretary retype the whole will – substituting “1115 Lake Road, Glencoe, Illinois” for “Skyfall”. Soon after his secretary finished, Andrew’s sister, Lisa Bond stopped by. Andrew asked his secretary and his sister to witness the will. Andrew and Monique died in an avalanche during their vacation.
