While this has historically been the most used and well-known, there are other methodologies in use. One commonly , used method, particularly in software development and marketing industries where there is a higher level of uncertainty, is called Agile. Agile methods require adapting to changing needs and remaining flexible in the response to these evolving needs throughout the project. We will look closer at the Agile method in this module.
