James and Tracy have been married for 15 years

James and Tracy have been married for 15 years.  James has been the primary wage earner. While Tracy has a teaching certificate, the parties decided when their first child was born that Tracy would stay home because it would cost more for day care than Tracy could make working.  The parties have two children at the time that James files for divorce: Annie who is 13 years old, and Max who is 7. James earns approximately $80,000 a year.  If Tracy goes back to work full time as a teacher she will earn approximately $36,000 a year. She estimates that she needs approximately $50,000 a year to maintain the same standard of living the parties had during the marriage.  What factors are important for the court to look at in determining support for Tracy?  If you were the judge what is the range of support you would give to Tracy and why?
