Reflect back on what you learned about Immanuel Kant’s moral philosophy and Utilitarianism. Which moral theory best describes the policies and actions of the Ferguson Police Department?  Depending on the moral theory you chose, provide examples from the Department of Justice report that supports your choice of moral theories. Next, going back to Herbert Packer’s two models of the criminal justice system, which model, or value system (due process or crime control), was the dominate model driving the policies and actions of the Ferguson Police Department? Give specific examples that support your choice.
