IN THE SUPREME COURT No. 1234 of 2022  OF NEW SOUTH WALES 

BETWEEN: 

Loki Wong PLAINTIFF  and  

Darlo Hotel DEFENDANT    

1. On and about 13th February this year, Loki, a volunteer from the audience, slipped at the  backstage of the Darlo motel during a magic show.  

2. By reason of the foregoing, Loki is now physically hurt and is in a lot of pain.  

3. Loki is not contributory negligent as the backstage was very dark and the stagehands yelled at  them to run faster.  

5. Further, the construction company that is renovating the hotel is joined as co-defendant.  

6. Loki will rely on affidavits and testimony from Dr Smith, a highly respectable doctor in Australia.  Hot-tubbing is essential as recommended by Professor Foongy.  

7. Loki has offered to compromise the action on certain terms.
