Our agency has received an APRA request from an attorney that represents an activist group.  The contact information is listed below.  I would like you to prepare the cover letter indicating whether the documents will be produced in full, redacted form or denied in accordance with the Access to Public Records Act.  Please be sure your letter complies with the requirements of APRA.  If you need assistance please feel free to look up the statute as well as opinions from the Attorney General’s Office that are available on the AG’s website.

The categories of documents requested are:

All attorney bills with line item descriptions and amounts billed;

All records related to experts retained by the agency whether for litigation or consulting purposes;

All written legal opinions rendered by the agency’s lawyers;

All administrative hearing decisions issued in the past year.

All complaints filed with the agency by members of the public.

All minutes of meetings of the agency’s Board of Directors.
