It is the beginning of the school year and you are the Principal of Sparks Elementary School. As principal you have Professional development that you need to organize for your staff. However, you want to make sure that it is meaningful, engaging and that you take into consideration how adult learners learn as described in the Knowles’ 5 Assumptions of Adult Learners.
