The content of Pending File_349 is of such a nature that the File is classified as a "Priority Case"as per Point 3 of Paragraph 3 of the The Law Firms Constitutional Regulation Bill 121 of 2016.1 Your team is required to write a Legal Opinion on whether there are any merits to the File and on whether your Firm must accept Pending File_349.2 In your team, considering your background and expertise on the policy considerations regarding Common Law remedies, you have been assigned the task of drafting the Legal Opinion that your Supervising Attorney will present (on behalf of your team) at the next Board Meeting in the next 21 days.
