2. Does incivility seem to be an issue in the scenario?
3. Describe any common themes you discovered among the article, the video and the Civility Index
4. Share how you may improve your score on the index based on what you have read.

Complete the Clark Workplace Civility Index Assessment prior to posting to the discussion by
· finding a quiet place void of distractions;
· dedicating sufficient time to the task;
· carefully consider the behaviors listed below; and
· responding truthfully and candidly regarding each behavior.
After completing the Civility Index Assessment, total each column, add the numbers, determine your civility score, note what it means, and then respond to the discussion.

· 90–100—Very civil
· 80–89—Moderately civil
