Introduction
Alzheimer's disease is a challenging, developing, and incurable brain condition that slows memory. It frequently affects elderly persons' cognitive and memory abilities. The disease's severe condition affects one's capacity for even the most basic actions and tasks. One of the leading causes of dementia in older persons is Alzheimer's disease. Adults rarely experience it, yet it is a normal aspect of ageing. It has been observed that chronic, complex diseases get worse over time. The ineffectiveness of healthcare services led to the selection of the issue. According to the data, 6.5 million Americans will be diagnosed with Alzheimer's by 2022. Nearly 73 percent of them are senior citizens. When compared to men, older women frequently have the ratio. The proportion of almost all black people with the disease is double that of white people (Choi, 2019).
Implementation Steps
The suggestion is made to the healthcare service organization to shed light on the concerns of those who care for those with dementia and Alzheimer's. The patients need a full-time carreer to assist them with their daily tasks and medical care. The caregivers' services should be available to seniors, and the organization's resources are their biggest challenge. The caregivers must be provided with the tools they need to take care of the patients and meet the demands of their job effectively. Elderly individuals need the extra money or medical insurance for this purpose in addition to Medicaid.
Implement the Appropriate Management Theory
(Rebecca Wells, 2019) has provided a comparison between healthcare ideas and realities. According to literature, dementia or Alzheimer's patients need care and resources. The authors have taken a position on the issue to see the situation as it is. It claims that most people are in charge of their healthcare. Due to the costs and insurance concerns, they do not have family or caregivers. The proper management and acceptable behavior from the health insurance organizations are necessary to care for older individuals. It has been noted that role recognition is crucial in healthcare insurance organizations. The management of the organizations must be aware of the allocated relief, financial management, and other aspects of disorder management. It will be simpler to handle the issue if management develops plans to provide older folks with relief (Mani Yousefvand, 2018).
Educate Patients and/or Guardians
The next step is educating the patients on how to take the insurance or apply for the extra funds. Patient education is always essential in all circumstances and diseases. However, Alzheimer's is such a massive problem that patient education becomes difficult. For example, the patient's mental health is not good, and he cannot understand the process of applying for insurance. Sometimes, the patients deteriorate to the extent that they cannot take care of themselves. In this situation, educating the patients or expecting a positive response is useless. The circumstances refer to the patients being educated via the guardians or the nursing homes where they are admitted. Some nursing homes are responsible enough to apply for medical aid without assistance. Others must be guided accordingly, and the management needs to keep in touch and monitor the whole process. Moreover, if the family members are guardians, they must be guided on how the process will be carried out and what will be benefits given to the patients. The process is important for the health and financial stability of the patients.
Regulations of Medicare and Medicaid
The initiative is to apply for extra financial aid from the organizations because the patients need the resources and caretakers. The next step is to study or explore how Medicaid can help in this regard. According to the Affordable Care Act of 2010, almost all Americans are given health insurance. It means that Medicaid insurance is already given to such patients. The application of further aid depends on why it is needed. Several regulations and laws are available where it details how the system works and under what circumstances the extra financial assistance can be given.
Training of Caretakers
The application and acquiring extra funds are not enough because the goal will be achieved after the appointment of caretakers. The caretakers have to be guided to treat and take care of patients. The applications to get Medicaid are likely to be accepted, which means that the patients have the resources to hire the caretakers. The caretakers must be patient because the mental condition can worsen with time. The hospitals or healthcare organizations need to improve the situation if the nurses or caretakers are better trained (Bablok, 2021).
Rationale Behind these Methods
These methods seem simple, but they have been observed to be effective if the conditions are analyzed. The patient education and management theories are fundamental. For example, implementing management theories is essential because the caretakers must see disease management, and these methods should be aligned with the theories and models. It is necessary to mention that the situation is usually complicated because of the management of hospitals or nursing homes. Usually, the medical insurance-based systems are so flexible that they will accept the application for extra aid. These are the steps that have to be implemented in detailed and gradual steps.
Conclusion
The requirement is to give older patients the resources they need and make it possible for the elderly to obtain them. Patients who are elderly should be directed to the necessary resources and treatment methods. The proposal's goals are to increase the effectiveness of caregiver services and guarantee that older individuals receive enough resources to meet their needs during treatment. There are several management theories on which the care of older adults depends. They need the extra funds, and the literature shows that extra resources are required. It is essential to remember that dementia and Alzheimer's can lead to death, so the problem should be considered seriously. It is important to implement the above methods with the proper management.

Planning Phase
The project is about Alzheimer's disease and the care of elderly people. It is observed that the older adults are mostly without families, and they live in shelter homes. They are prone to various disorders, including Alzheimer's, CVDs and diabetes. The current proposal is to discuss Alzheimer's disorder and mental health diseases. There is a need for caretakers and resources for elderly patients, and it has been found that the insurance of Medicare and Medicaid are required to give them the extra funds. The detailed problem, assessment needs, resources and other aspects have been identified. The current discussion is about the objectives and ethical principles of the proposed solution.
Objectives
· The elderly patients with Alzheimer’s will get the caretakers' services in their own homes, and their health status will improve in the next three months.
· The elderly patients with Alzheimer's will get medical insurance, and their mental health will improve in the next three months.
· The hospitals that treat Alzheimer’s disease will improve their infrastructure after receiving the funds for the care of elderly patients in the next three months.
· The overall health status of Alzheimer’s disease patients with medical insurance will be improved compared to others in the next three months.
Ethical and Legal Considerations
The proposal can only be successful and give better outcomes when the ethical and legal considerations are considered. The proposal will consider patients' autonomy where the insurance will be given to take care of them. Autonomy is necessary for the implementation of both legal and ethical principles. There are two essential principles where the legal considerations will be preferred. Nonmaleficence and beneficence mean that there should be no harm to patients, and all the actions will favor Alzheimer's patients. The insurance is needed because if the funds will not be given to patients, they will be harmed, and their condition will not be improved ahead.
Moreover, the insurance and extra funds will do good for the patients and improve their health. Justice is needed in treating patients with Alzheimer's disease because it is the right of all Americans to get the proper insurance. These four ethical principles should be appropriately implemented to care for patients (Isabella Bablok, 2021).
Financial Considerations
The financial considerations are essential to the proposal because it revolves around insurance and financial compensation. The financial considerations are important to contribute to the wellness and health improvement of the patients. The financial considerations will have positive outcomes on the organization because it is found that the insurance will give benefit patients and hospitals. The hospital's infrastructure will be improved, and it will be helpful for the caretakers as well. These financial considerations will be significant in the proposal (Neuner, 2019).
Anticipated Issues-Related Outcomes
The anticipated issues are the unequal insurance distribution or lack of healthcare access in the hospitals. Usually, the patients do not have proper caretakers or guardians, so they depend on the nursing homes. They have to apply for the insurance and extra funds by themselves. Sometimes, they may apply wrong, resulting in a lack of access to care. On the other hand, if the nursing homes apply for the patients, there is a possibility of unjust distribution of funds (Lauren Hersch Nicholas, 2021). They will be addressed by guiding and educating the patients and the hospital's administration. The organizations need to guide the patients in applying for insurance. Guidance and education are essential factors in the current situation. There is another factor to help the patients, and it is to train the staff of the organization. The training is also essential because the caretakers may not know how to deal with such patients (Rasmussen, 2019).
Timeline for Meeting Program Objectives
The timeline of the program's objectives has been discussed above. Usually, the timeline is estimated because there might be a change in the schedule. All the program's objectives are expected to be met in the next three months. If the program goes smoothly and all the stakeholders are involved, completing all the stages in time will be easier. It is essential for the patients and their relevant nursing homes or guardians to take part in the program. Once the program is implemented, the evaluation will be done to measure the success and to take the feedback.
Conclusion
It is concluded that patients with Alzheimer's need proper care. For this purpose, certain objectives are necessary to meet. The hospital's administration must contribute to the process. the extra funds will help the patients get better facilities and a standard of living.

Resources Required for the Project
The project can only be successful when the availability and accessibility of resources are ensured. Identifying the problem and assessing needs are essential for further research of the problem. Once the needs or resources are identified, it is necessary to know how they can be achieved. It is essential to schedule the resources in time, and it will help get everything ready. The patients need the proper care and expenditure for the treatment, so the resources will be planned accordingly. The following report will discuss how the resources will be gained and scheduled in the research.
Discussion
Resources Required for the Plan
The resources required for the plan include qualified nurses, information technology and financial resources. Nurses are needed in the care of patients. Usually, the patients are elderly and do not take care of their medication, or sometimes they are not mentally stable. The family members of the shelter homes require trained nurses to keep the patients in stable condition. The technology and equipment are essential factors for taking care of Alzheimer’s patients. Suppose we talk about the management system (Atri, 2019). Technology and equipment, the financial resources come on the list. The patients need to have extra financial aid. The project's goal is to ask for the necessary resources for the treatment. One of the serious concerns for Alzheimer’s patients is that they usually do not have enough resources for treatment. Sometimes, they are homeless or living in nursing homes. In this case, the application for Medicaid and Medicare for the extra resources. The resources are necessary for the completion of the project in time (Rasmussen, 2019).
Accessing the Resources
The resources are accessed and available if they are properly planned. The nurses are accessed and available from the healthcare organizations. There are two ways by which the nurses can be accessed. The patient can be admitted to the hospital, and the management will provide the nurses. Another way is to hire the staff in the house, and the nurses can get the payment in return. The financial expenses can be managed through insurance, which is the project's goal. The caretaker and the insurance for the financial expenses. It can be accessed by applying for Medicaid. The insurance will help the caretakers to recover as early as possible. The technology and the equipment are needed in the treatment procedure because it has been seen that the patients need to be adequately treated. The hospital has to bring the machines and keep the record of patients in the digital system. Earlier, the digital system was not required because the hospital used to keep the data in the manual system. Now, the scenario has changed. All these requirements are necessary for the patients and require financial aid in insurance (Mohammed, 2019).
Schedule the Activities and Timetable
The project's activities must be scheduled so everything can be done in time. It is observed that the situation becomes critical when the timings are not managed. Coming toward the timetable, the financial aid approval requires the appropriate timings. All other activities can be done easily in the appropriate schedule. The patient will be admitted to the hospital, requiring a few hours to complete the protocols. The guardians will have to apply for Medicaid and request the extra expenses because the patients need the caretakers and resources to deal with Alzheimer's disease. Moving on, the nurses need to cooperate to make the activities done in time. It is essential to wait for the insurance approval to get positive outcomes (Neuner, 2019).
Conclusion
It is concluded that Alzheimer’s disease is one of the severe concerns that are important to be dealt with and treated. It is seen that there are various resources required for the patients in this regard. The patients need extra care, and it is essential to think of the activities and the time. The resources are the qualified staff, nurses, technology and financial aid. Only financial aid is required in time, but it is observed that the patients need to be patient during the whole process. Once the insurance is approved, the treatment runs smoothly, and patients easily recover.

Proposal Needs Assessment
The proposal is presented to the healthcare service organization to enlighten the issues of caregivers of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The patients require a full-time caregiver to help them with treatment and daily activities. The seniors should be capable of the caregivers' services, and the most significant issue they face is the organization’s resources. The caregivers must be given the necessary resources to deal with the patients and ensure the requirements to perform their role efficiently. For this purpose, the older adults require the extra costs or medical insurance in addition to Medicaid.
Statement About the Selected Issue
Older adults with dementia and Alzheimer's need the resources for the caregivers and the treatment processes.
Evidence that Supports the Need for the Proposal
The literature has presented several problems regarding patients with Alzheimer’s disease. The first problem is in the initial stage, where the patients are not appropriately diagnosed. The doctors are contacted late, and the disorder is triggered to the worst stage. The family is involved, and a person should act as a caregiver. The coordination of various healthcare professionals is required to resolve the issue. The treatment of Alzheimer’s is a complicated and lengthy process, but the patients often neglect the steps of treatment because of the costs of the care process. It is recommended that the insurance should be given, and patients must be stabilized accordingly. Otherwise, the disorder can prove fatal (Isabella Bablok, 2021).
(Lauren Hersch Nicholas, 2021) Said that Alzheimer's disease and dementia is one of the critical neurodegenerative diseases that threatens the patients, and a financial statement is essential regarding the treatment and care of patients. The financial capabilities of patients and family members are highly important in Alzheimer's disease. The data of Medicare and Medicaid was collected, and it was found that most patients are left ignored. The initial stage of the disease is usually neglected, and it is seen that the patients with better cost facilities are seen with better status than the others.
Management Theories
(Rebecca Wells, 2019) has presented the comparison between reality and healthcare theories. The literature has always claimed that patients with dementia or Alzheimer’s need care and resources. The authors have taken a stance on the problem to observe the reality. It says that most patients manage their care. They do not have caregivers or family members because of the costs and insurance issues.
The care of older adults requires the proper management and appropriate behavior from the health insurance organizations. It is observed that role recognition in healthcare insurance organizations is essential. The management of the organizations must know the financial management, allotted relief, and other factors involved in managing a disorder. If the management devises the strategies that the older adults will be given relief, it will be easier to resolve the problem (Mani Yousefvand, 2018).
Understanding of Organization of the Issue
Through the above literature, evidence, and management theories, it is expected that the healthcare organization and management will understand the issue and lead to a solution. Older adults, especially those without families, cannot afford the expenses. If they are given the insurance, it still looks like the money is inadequate. They require the extra costs to meet the needs of caregivers and the treatment process. It is essential for the organization to understand the issue in-depth and to maintain the respect and health of patients. The patient's families need to collaborate and justify that the funds are required.
Affected Population
The older adults who have Alzheimer's, their families, and the relevant caregivers will be affected. The patients will have a significant impact because they will not have enough costs to pay for treatment and will not continue it. The families are emotionally connected to the patient, and it will be affected if they have to withdraw from the treatment. It has been seen that older patients need the proper care from the insurance organizations. Overall, there are several factors on which the care of older adults has been affected.
Conclusion
There are several management theories on which the care of older adults depends. They need the extra funds, and the literature shows that extra resources are required. It is essential to remember that dementia and Alzheimer's can lead to death, so the problem should be considered seriously.

Identification of Issues
Alzheimer's disease is a complicated, progressive, irreversible brain disorder that intends to slow memory. It is common among older adults and affects their thinking and memory skills. The critical situation of the disease reduces the ability to do the simplest things and tasks. Alzheimer's is one of the main causes of dementia in older adults. It is not common among adults, but it is part of ageing. It has been seen that progressive and complicated disease worsens over time. The problem is selected because of the inefficiency of healthcare services. The statistics have shown that almost 6.5 million Americans will have Alzheimer's in 2022. Among them, nearly 73 percent of them are older adults. The ratio is common in older women compared to men. Almost all blacks are double in ratio than the whites to be suffered from the disease (Choi, 2019).
Effect on Population
It affects the elderly population in different ways. Memory loss and cognitive impairment are common among the patients. The elderly adults do not remember the simple tasks and are not good at remembering the various things. The common issues they face are the repetition of questions, forgetting the routine work and secondary issues that are associated afterwards. Scientists have continued researching the complex brain changes involved in Alzheimer's disease. The changes in the brain are progressive, but they appear after ten years. The early stages of Alzheimer's are highly toxic, but silent changes occur in the brain. It is essential for the patient not to ignore the situation and consult the doctors as soon as possible. The initial stages of the disease lead to the abnormal buildup of proteins. The healthy neurons are highly affected, and they do not function normally. The dying of neurons further triggers the process (Alzheimer's Association, 2019).
Problem Statement
Older adults with dementia and Alzheimer's need the resources for the caregivers and the treatment processes.
Foundation and Steps for the Healthcare Organization to Consider
The proposal is presented to the healthcare service organization to enlighten the issues of caregivers of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The patients require a full-time caregiver to help them with treatment and daily activities. The seniors should be capable of the caregivers' services, and the most significant issue they face is the organization’s resources. The caregivers must be given the necessary resources to deal with the patients and ensure the requirements to perform their role efficiently. The caregivers are required to handle the patients throughout the day. The duty becomes difficult in the progressive stages because the patients may become harmful to themselves and others. The caregivers can be the family member of the third party. Still, the problem is the proper resources and requirements of a caregiver necessary for the patients. the healthcare organizations take the problem as minor, and it is observed that the situation is highly controlled if the patient is assisted in the initial stages. Healthcare organizations should give attention to the factor and work for patients' wellness. The caregivers need to ensure the efficiency of their roles as well (Marchini, 2019).
The attention problem is the resources needed for the caregivers and the treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease. It is mentioned and observed that the family members feel it challenging to care for and assist the patients. they are not experts in providing the necessary facilities and professional services to the patients as well. For this reason, the patients must provide with the resources from Medicaid and Medicare. They will utilize the resources on the caregivers and other treatment processes. Healthcare organizations should understand that the problem is minor in the initial stages, but the progressive steps are highly complicated and dangerous (Lee, 2019).
Conclusion
The need of the hour is to provide the necessary resources to the elderly patients and enable the seniors to get the required resources. Elderly patients should be guided to the essential resources and treatment processes. The purpose of the proposal is to make the caregiver's services efficient and to ensure that the older adults are getting enough resources to meet the needs of the treatment pr
