Effective teamwork…
self-awareness of individual style, role & skills is essential
problem solving, both rational and creative, becomes a way of life
good communication skills are critical
empowerment is the energy of teams
conflict is just part of the process, and can be useful

TEAMS AND TEAMWORK
- Why require people to work in teams?
- teams outperform individuals acting alone or in larger organizational groupings, especially when performance requires multiple skills, judgements and experiences
