management, this assignment will require you to put together a PowerPoint slide presentation presenting lean safety and
health management principles to the leadership of the organization of your choice. Use the company ERICSSON.
Your intent here is to sell lean safety management to the organization. If they already utilize lean manufacturing
processes, your job will be much easier as compared to trying to sell the concept to an organization that does not use
lean processes.
