Paragraph Three: Introduce and explain the opposing view. We can not have an argument if it is not debatable. So, what is the opposing view? Explain and clarify the view opposed to your own. Remember, the dialectal and the Rogerian strategy. This should be four to five sentences in length. Paragraph Four: Refute the opposing view with your closed thesis statement. Remember, the closed thesis is your assertion with the reasons you will develop within the body of your research paper. It should look something like this; ″However, Siddhartha ( needs to or does not need to) experiences the sensual world and Samsara. There are several reasons that support this assertion.
