2 What brands were carried in the classification? How many different brands were carried? Why?
3 What styles, colors, sizes and fabrics were carried in the classification? How many different styles, colors, etc. were carried? Do you think it was appropriate?
4 What is the price range of the category and what are the key price points?
5 How does the assortment and display affect buying behavior?
Based on your analysis, set-up this classification as if you were a buyer in an on-line retail operation. Please address the following issues as you set-up the classification:
1 What target market will you buy for and what department are the goods located in? Why?
2 What brands, styles, colors, sizes and fabrics will you carry? Justify your choices. How many different brands, styles, colors, etc. will you carry and why?
