8923For this assignment, you will identify a fable (such as a children’s fairy tale) that captures the story of your organization, especially regarding issues of inclusion and equity (see links below). Write about why you chose the fable and how it connects to an organizational issue related to equity and inclusion. Provide recommendations for a way the organization can become more inclusive and equitable, using either the selected fable or by creating a new ending. Please use your imagination and creativity in this paper, mapping myth onto the people, principles, and practices in your organization.
In your 4–5-page paper:
• Describe the elements of the fable you have selected to capture the story of your organization.
• Use the selected fable to analyze the current organizational strengths and weaknesses of your organization regarding equity and inclusion.
• Identify an organizational issue focused on equity and inclusion.
• Provide recommendations for a way to become more inclusive and equitable, using either the selected fable or by creating a new ending.
• Communicate clearly, supporting a central idea in an appropriate format with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics.
