Candidates research all three areas of issues of HIB, abuse

 Research all three areas of issues of HIB, abuse & neglect, and suicide prevention through news stories, court cases, laws, district policies, curricula, and school improvement plans, also  examine and reflect upon the teachers role in promoting a learning environment and classroom culture to effectively address crises as they arise.  And develop an action plan based on district protocols, best practices and information from OSPI that describes: 1) legal and perceived rights and responsibilities of stakeholders( teachers, students), including at least one lawsuit or court case 2) proactive classroom and school strategies, and 3) restorative practices for addressing issues as they arise.
