Internship At leons Furniture as customer service supervisor

Hi There, This is a research paper, I was working at leons furniture as a customer service supervisor. In my job when I started there were staff layoffs, 2-3 people quit and you have to write about how I helped made a plan to solve it, how we managed to keep the store going. Please msg me anytime for any insight, also mention that we are 4 supervisors now and 2 front office associates and our manager lacks the leadership skills so we have to pick up his slack. For example, our manager overpromises customers that they will get their furniture within next week whereas in real life the stock won’t be available until next month.
