2 WHAT IS A REFLECTION ESSAY?

A reflection essay is a personal essay in which the writer examines their responses to information and life experiences the writer then describes how the information affects them or their life experience and has created insight or change and how they have developed or grown from the experience/event and the actions they will take as a result.
