It MUST also include information about the governor. 4. MUST provide a summary of the political party makeup in South Carolina. Is it more Republican, Democratic, or a combination of the two WITH an explanation. 5. MUST provide a summary of voter eligibility requirements for South Carolina. MUST include how voter turnout in South Carolina and Texas compare WITH EXPLANATION. 6. Are there changes Texas policymakers should implement from South Carolina (There are NOT). Conversely, are there ideas South Carolina should adopt from Texas (there ARE)? WITH EXPLANATION. 7. A conclusion paragraph.
