You should comment on the nature of the dispute paying particular attention to the views of the Pharisees against which Jesus was arguing. 

Then, comment on what the phrase one flesh means in terms of relational union and the holistic intimacy that can happen in healthy sexuality. You should use a lexicon to find how/where this is used in the OT and NT to define it. Compare/contrast that with perceptions of intimacy in sexuality in our culture.
