Format
Writing in policy and the law requires a clear, cogent, and analytical writing style. An analytical writing style requires writing in a manner that is:

·       Clear and cohesive, with clear connections between ideas.

·       Supported by evidence through integration of factual assertions and research.

·       Focused on evaluating relevant information through comparison and contrasting; and recognition of counter – arguments.

3.      No less than 6 pages, and no more than 8 pages.

In this paper you will choose a policy that has been affected (or even created) through an adjudicatory process. This may include a state or federal case, or an administrative adjudicatory process.
