Answer each question below regarding the progress on your clinical project. Responses can be typed on this document. Summarize implementation of the project including a description of what was done. (1-2 paragraphs) Discuss (include evidence) whether your project objectives were met, partially met or unmet. If you asked a pre/post test question or have any qualitative or quantitative data as part of your measurement of the objectives then please include the results. (2 paragraphs) Describe what went well and challenges/barriers to completing the project. Discuss how the project could have been improved. (1-2 paragraphs) Option 2. This assignment supports understanding of the Public Health Nursing Intervention Wheel and the application of concepts from the Wheel to public health practice. Read the attached document about the ‘Public Health Nursing Intervention Wheel” in the assignment instructions for week 10. For this assignment, please summarize the purpose the Wheel and your thoughts about the usefulness of the wheel (1 paragraph); describe how your program/clinical site intervention fits on the wheel (1 paragraph) and choose 2-3 sections (pie wedges) of the wheel and describe a program/intervention related to COVID-19 that you could implement at your clinical site based on the public health nursing activities described in the sections (1-2 paragraphs). Exceptions for question #2- objectives may be listed as bullet points10 points will be deducted from the total score of the assignment per day for each day the assignment is late except in the case of an excused absence or of prior approval from your clinical instructor for late submission. In the case of an excused absence, 10 points will be deducted from the total score per day for each day the assignment is submitted after 1-week from the period of absence.Any clinical assignment received later than 1 week after the due date (or later than 1 week after the period of absence in the case of an excused absence) will result in a clinical unsatisfactory.
