Planning is an integral and essential part of management that without it all of management could readily be reduced to constant directing, a state of “fire-fighting management” or “management by crisis.” Currently, we are in the midst of a pandemic, one unlike I have ever seen in my lifetime. This course has covered long term and short term planning.
