The two documents are: ▪ ▪ The Microsoft Access file for the database that you created. A Microsoft word file that includes your responses (screenshots) to the assignments (screenshots of the three tables, the relationship diagram, 4 queries and 4 queries results) Tip 1: To capture the screenshots, you can hit the PrtScn (i.e., Print Screen) on your keyboard that places the image on your screen on the Clipboard. Then, you can Paste it into the Word document. You may need to crop and enlarge the image to make it readable. Another option is the Snipping tool, you can search and find it on VDI or on your Windows computer. This allows you to select a portion of your screen to be put in the Clipboard. Tip 2: If you are using VDI, make sure to locate the saved file (it’s usually in the Documents folder). Project Description: A small relational database includes information about some published books. This database includes three tables: Authors, Publishers, and Books. The first table represents the information of six different authors. The publisher table lists the four publishers. The Book table contains 10 books that was written by one of these authors and published by one of the publishers (All books are singleauthored) Assignments: 1.
