Handling Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous Changes Using the Action Strategy Process

Our world continues to turn. Standing still is no longer an option. In fact, as Motamedi (2020) stated, The world is changing and becoming more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA). Fast and smart decisions and actions are foundational to creating success (p. 65). Review the article by Motamedi (2020) and select an industry that has had to make changes in a rapid manner due to the unpredictable nature of the external environment.
