Conflict Resolution : Why women are silent in the work place

Iti’s a research papaer about how women tend to not ask for raises, negotiate their pay or even speak up when wanting a protion. While men tend to ask for raises, negotiate their pay and also hold higher positions. Women tend to build relationships with their peers and they are worried of how them speaking up with affect their relationship. This has been most of what we have been discussing in this conflict resolution class so this is my topic for this class.
