A critical précis should very briefly summarize the content and argument, placing the reading within its disciplinary/theoretical field. What question(s) is the author trying to answer? What issue in the field is s/he responding to? How successful is the piece, and what contributions does it make? How does it engage with other readings/themes/questions in this course?

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:  What are some strategies you, as a health care manager, can use to overcome human resources challenges? What are some current and future human resources issues in health care? How may effective human resources management handle these issues?

You should research your answer and cite at least one scholarly source when appropriate, and always use quality writing.  Discussion Question: Discuss quantitative research and the implications for knowledge generation in healthcare. Your initial posting should be 250 to 350 words in length and utilize at least one scholarly source other than the textbook. 

  Discuss the shamanic workdview of health and illness and how it pertains to the practice of nursing.   Please abide by APA format in your writing.  Answers should be 2-3 Paragraphs made up of 3-4 sentences each, at least 250 words (more or less) in length.  Less than 10m% simialrity

 IRB is an important step in research. State the required components one should look for in a project to determine if IRB submission is needed. Discuss an example of a research study found in one of your literature review articles that needed IRB approval. Specifically, describe why IRB approval was needed in this instance.
