Using the library, Internet, or any other credible materials, discuss problems that law enforcement professionals encounter when computer crime laboratories fail to provide state-of-the-art technology and procedures during the computer evidence collection, recovery, analysis, and reporting processes. 

Cite at least one example of a case in which the investigation and prosecution of the computer crime failed due to poor QA/QC forensic evidence procedures although statutes were in place to govern investigatory procedures.
