You are required to write a case report that demonstrates a critical understanding of the assessment strategies and the therapeutic interventions required/needed for the chosen client from the students’ field of practice.

Assessment Description

1. Patient Report/Scenario – Complete a 250 – 300 scenario explaining your patient (ensure to maintain confidentiality). Introduce the patient using a pseudonym and some background information. Focus on one health need/condition that requires assessment and therapeutic intervention. Include any symptoms or behaviour that led to the diagnosis. Discuss a patient you found interesting in practice and make sure you discuss this scenario with your allocated supervisor. This needs to go in an appendix at the end of your work and is NOT included in your word count.
