· Which management theories from 2.2.5.1 in your curriculum did you try to incorporate into your management plan? · Why? · What are your personal strengths and weaknesses when it comes to classroom management? · How does your management plan reflect that? · How have you addressed your areas of weakness? * · What types of professional development might you pursue to address weak areas? ** *If you are not currently working in the classroom, you should choose a local district/school to use as an example. Most will reference a site plan on their website. (It's a good idea to include your management plan in your interview portfolio when applying for positions. Making it specific to the school/district you are interviewing for will give you an important focus point to talk from when answering management related questions.) **If you do not have any previous experience in the classroom, you will address the things that you anticipate may be more difficult for you. |
