For this writing, argue which primary document from the PDF collection at the bottom of the page and located in this week's module (Civil Rights pdf) is the most important/effective document.  This criteria for determining which document should be based on a comparison of all the documents.  

DO NOT USE ANY SOURCES OTHER THAN THE ONES PROVIDED (this is not a research writing).

You must read all the documents.  You will need to argue which was the most effective/best/important document. This will require the writing to include reflection on all of the documents that you did not choose as the "best". The criteria for determining the most "effective" can include several factors. You might consider criteria such as which is the most clearly written or persuasive.  Additionally, you can consider which is the most motivating, or which addresses the most important issue or tactic.  The key is to use the documents to support your criteria and argument.  Don't just express personal beliefs, but instead use quotes and evidence from documents.  You should present your findings in a writing/narrative format (use mIa writing specs and layout as well as in-text citation).  The argument should be substantive and use evidence from the documents (quotes) as to why one document is more effective than the others.  A minimum of 6 quotes in defense of the "best document" is required.  More are recommended.
