The goal is to demonstrate how you have applied the concepts of wellness and behavior change to improve one dimension of your wellness wheel. This presentation should include a plan for maintaining your goal.

State the target date for achieving this long-term goal if you haven’t achieved it already.
Maintenance Plan
Describe how you intend to maintain your behavior change after this course.
Include strategies and actions that will support the continued success of your wellness plan.

Summarize the key points of your presentation.
Reflect on what you have learned from this assignment.
Emphasize the importance of maintaining wellbeing.
Submission Guidelines
Slide Formatting: Your slide presentation must be 12-14 slides in length (excluding title and References slides). Use headings and subheadings to organize your paper effectively. Use clear, concise language and bullet points for easy readability. Incorporate visuals (charts, graphs, images, photos of yourself throughout this process) where appropriate to enhance your presentation.
References: Your presentation should be supported by at least 2 reliable sources. Citations and references should follow APA formatting.
File Format: Submit your slides and recorded presentation at the same time. Your slides should be in Microsoft PowerPoint format (*.pptx)
