This assignment is the culmination of your work this term in the Project-based Learning Experience. Using work you created previously as the foundation, develop a comprehensive plan for communicating the purpose and achievements of your field Project-based Learning (PBL) Experience.
In this assignment you will design and develop a detailed plan to implement the initiatives identified in PBL assignment 3.
Use the outline format provided below as a minimum for organizing your paper. The implementation plan should contain the following required elements:
Introductory paragraph but no heading per APA 7 guidelines
An introduction to the overall purpose of the paper
Presenting the Problem (APA 7 Heading Level 1)
A presentation of your school or school district’s profile.
A statement and discussion of the problem statement especially how it relates to the concepts of equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness.
Data Collection and Analysis (APA 7 Heading Level 1)
A detailed explanation of the data collection and analysis processes used to identify and understand the gap between current reality and desired reality at the school or school district.
Solutions Strategies (APA 7 Heading Level 1)
A detailed presentation of the proposed solutions with their pros and cons, research basis, and personal rationale for selection.
Implementation Plan (APA 7 Heading Level 1 – Refer to APA 7 Handbook for guidelines.)
Goals and Objectives (APA 7 Heading Level 2 – Refer to APA 7 Handbook for guidelines.)
5. Goals and specific objectives of the implementation plan that clearly outline what you hope to achieve by implementing this plan.

6. Procedures for implementing your proposed solutions

7. Discussion of the types of resources needed to implement the solutions. Be sure to consider feeder schools, school district, and community resources in the resource mix.
