- Media Buying PlanCompose a rough media buying plan, within your client’s budget, listing out what channels you plan to engage and proposing a preliminary hierarchy of priority for those channels.
CX Journey MapConstruct a diagrammed map of your brand’s CX journeys, providing a detailed overview of the brand’s touchpoints and environment.
- Soft Sociological Cues and Hard Technological AssetsSummarize your campaign’s use of soft sociological cues and hard technological assets in digital traffic management. Soft socio-cultural cues may include messages that appeal to your target audience, such as an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle. Hard technological assets may include tools and resources that drive consumer behavior.
Conversion Funnel DiagramDiagram the steps in your brand’s conversion funnel as they relate to your CX.
- Tracking and Optimization Strategy & ToolExplain how the campaign’s performance will be tracked and optimized—what software will be used and strategies implemented. State the campaign’s goals and objectives on a separate slide, along with proposed key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
Style: Your presentation should be highly visual and thoughtfully integrate text and different types of media (i.e., images, graphics, art, video, etc.) to convey the entirety of the information. Do not copy and paste text from a Word document into the presentation.
- Structure: Your presentation should follow the same organization provided in the instructions. The section headings should match the information sought in each of the bullets listed in the instructions. Each section should begin on a new slide. An intro, outro, and reference slide must also be included.
