Based on this principle, we decided to create an electronic website to sell clothes for all categories that works with a product reservation system for customers, displaying prices, sizes, and available types. This system helps facilitate the purchase of clothes in addition to reducing the effort and time in purchasing from stores at peak times such as special occasions Holidays also allow each customer a higher level of privacy. The positive impact of this system extends to the employer as well, not just the client. Here we see that the inclusion of modern ideas and techniques into somewhat old professions is nothing but a qualitative shift for the profession and its emergence in a new form that is commensurate with the changes in society. In my opinion, it will be more useful because it will shorten your waiting time to get the product. Chapter 1: Introduction 1.1 Overview The Internet with its modern new technologies has had a huge impact on the business world. It has transformed how business operates. In fact, there is a wide range of diverse companies created entirely outside of the cyberspace platform. For example, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, SHEIN, …etc. The Internet provides businesses with a great opportunity to reach international audiences to propose their products or services. Online, competition is no longer limited but businesses can compete minimally in a global environment. But the first advantage that Internet offers provide is promotion. Promotion tools such as social media, marketing websites, and search engine optimization (SEO) have allowed all businesses including small businesses to be known and have an online presence. Mobile devices. This growth in mobile access has prompted companies to certify that services can be accessed through smartphones. With these results, companies rely on the Internet to market and expand their business, assemble a more organized and effective representation of their business and make life easier for customers. For example, the Alibaba application provides a service request for purchasing wholesale goods over the Internet in a quick and easy way, and many applications provide different services in an easy way.. although some stores selling Clothing has websites, but most of them are local, which is unfamiliar to potential customers. The websites looked outdated and unattractive to customers. So, we did some exploring and noticed that there was a niche in the market and the clothing retail business was an unfairly defined market. We noticed a competitor in China called Shein, but from the first look at it gave the idea that it is intended for all categories. Also, here in Oman we only focus on stores that sell clothing for women, and no one thinks about children. So, we saw an opportunity to focus on clothing stores and especially clothing stores for all categories since they are still not fully established in an environment for reaching potential customers online. We believe in what distinguishes our application, Its name, along with the service it provides and its target customers, is what inspired this idea. It was basically because every time we order from Chinese websites, it takes a longer time for the goods to arrive. Therefore, we assumed that if we had a site for ordering clothes in Amman, such as Shein, we would save time and it would also be a successful program that would also save time and provide faster delivery. This app design will solve the problem and make life easy. This application allows the user to browse clothing selection services for all categories Choose the color, design, and age that the user needs and install the application. 1.2 Objectives The purpose of the GIN Store application is to create an easy-to-use platform that provides users with the ability to reserve clothing from the website. In fact, the aim of the application is to expand the business developments of the children’s barber shop by adding an online platform to reach the target customers. Based on the research done, we found out that a large number of clothing selling websites do not have online activity, so the app aims to expand the business as there is no one competing with it. No one can deny the importance of having a bridge between the clothing selling website and the Internet space. Once the application is opened, the user will be directed to the home page For application. The user is shown a list of clothes, as well as ages, target groups, offers, and details. The user can now choose one of the products. Depending on the user’s choice, the app will ask for more details such as location, username, and payment information. After that, the application will process the reserved order. Payment will be made via credit card or cash upon receipt. Immediately after payment, the user will receive an SMS, and the user will see the order information and when the receipt will take place. The application will be well organized and operate according to reliable standards. It should be user-friendly and easy for potential customers to use. Moreover, it should have an attractive appearance and is ideal for viewing on Android or iPhone devices. Overall, the application should be trustworthy as the security level should be high to ensure that user information is secure. It must be protected from any security threats such as MySQL injection, or password attacks as the user’s password must be encrypted. 1.3 Scope In an attempt to develop an application called “GIN Store”, which is an online clothing ordering program that provides people with the ability to reserve clothes for themselves and their children. Thus, the function of the app is to allow people to book clothes online and mention the customer’s phone number and location in order to get faster delivery The website application “GIN Store”, is a specialized store for ordering all types of clothes for women, men and kids. This web application allows the users to create an account and login in a secure way an ensures a secure access to the user account. The database contains all the clothes products where the online shopper can view the name, price, description and images. The design of the pages is responsive which allows different screen sizes to display smoothly with high performance. The “GIN Store” is supported with search and filter options to allow the online shopper to find his/her needs and it allows them to add the item to their shopping cart. In the shopping cart page, the shopper can add and delete items before checkout and make their payments. Additionally, the store has a security measure to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access. Safe and reliable payment methods are used to ensure buyer protection. Chapter 2: Project “Planning and analysis” 2.1 Project planning The first step in this project is project planning. In addition to outlining the anticipated hazards that may arise during the project, this phase aids in establishing every aspect of the project, including its requirements, nature, duration, deployment strategy, and more. 2.1.1 Feasibility Study The operational, technological and economic components of the project are evaluated through a feasibility study. This is usually done to evaluate the technology which helps in evaluating and investigating usability. A company’s growth is crucial to its expansion, as is providing Internet service and providing convenient customer service. Thus, Gein seeks to attract great interest in clothing, shoes and accessories. 2.1.1.1 Economic Feasibility study This study is designed to suggest the earnings of the project materials besides the disposable profit from.we used software. 2.1.1.2 Technical Feasibility A process or assessment known as technical feasibility determines if an application will be able to address an issue. In all honesty, this application is supportive of today’s technological progress. It will also save customers time and effort. For example, consumers no longer need to travel far from home to shop. They can easily and without weariness shop online for themselves using our program. Our application is incredibly user-friendly and handy. It is really easy for everyone to use. 2.1.1.3 Operational Feasibility Once the application is used, a number of physical operations and services can be performed proficiently quickly. The application will benefit the customers. Users are guaranteed to receive exceptional and dependable service, with no missed deadlines. We are convinced that this application, which offers a unique service in making it easier for customers to buy clothes rather than having to spend time shopping, will benefit them to do their jobs. 2.1.2 Estimated cost Our project does not cost us any money Needs Why need? Cost Canva Designing Logo Free Figma Designing Application Free Visual Studio Codes Website development and programming Free PHP Program Free Microsoft word Documenting Project Free 2.1.3 Gantt Chart 2.2 System Analysis 2.2.1 (Existing System and new one) Today, the majority of businesses operate online thanks to the technological revolution. Thus, our project makes an effort to move. We cannot dispute the fact that numerous websites and applications, both inside and outside of Oman, were created with the same goal in mind. However, our application differs from other online shops because we think that many people need a service that helps them shop comfortably and effortlessly online. Most people prefer to shop online from home because it saves them time, effort, and waiting in line; however, because they are too busy or don’t have enough time to go shopping, they don’t like to wait in long lines.
