EVENT DETAILS: Hurley Huntington Beach 5K
This Event is a 5-kilometer run along the coast of Huntington Beach alongside the Huntington Beach Wetlands sponsored by Hurley. This event will be fundraising for the Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservatory however this event is for profit. The Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservatory works to acquire restore and protect coastal wetlands of southeast Huntington Beach.
The purpose of this Event is to host a 5K where runners can come compete and push themselves while also bettering the community and contributing to charity/the environment/local business.
This event will feature running, nature, music, food and promote charity, and healthy lifestyles. The event will feature live music which will promote local artists. It will also feature different local food vendors and local businesses that choose to participate(for a fee) and of course our sponsor Hurley. This event will be promoted and publicized via social media campaigns using participating local businesses, professional athletes, and fitness influencers to build up buzz around the event.
For this Event, we are anticipating 3000 participants (runners) and ticket prices are as follows:
- Early bird $30
- General $35
- Late $40
5000$ Will be Donated to the Huntington Beach Costal Wetlands Conservatory
