Guidelines for final project below, follow instructions closely:
Consider the KM Technology tool that you have investigated for your mid-term project. Identify a competitor KM tool, analyze and compare both.
1) Prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Make sure to address the followings:
a)Define the terms, KM Tools and Technologies,
b)Define the term of your chosen KM Technology – both.
c)Present a relevant analysis, including: list of benefits, challenges, and opportunities, scalability, dashboard, cost/benefit, user interface, limitations, other relevant aspects.
Your analysis MUST include the 6(six) dimensions of KM- whether you are investigating a real or hypothetical organization. See list below:

Organizational Culture
Organizational Processes
Management & Leadership
Technology
Politics
2) Create a blog page, see suggested list below:
1. Wix (www.wix.com)
2. WordPress (www.wordpress.org)
3. Weebly (www.weebly.com)
4. Medium (www.medium.com)
Upload your research work and findings. ( Make sure that you include a valid link to the blog under your reference list).
3) Your project presentation using the UNT cloud space – Microsoft OneDrive.-
Note: You can also submit your presentation via Youtube channel or present live via Zoom- consult with Dr Merlo to schedule your presentation.
Note: Include the link to your presentation in the last page of your PowerPoint.

Use proper APA format for quotations, citations, paraphrasing.
Consider….
Are you confident? Be creative with your presentation and share the powerpoint video of yourself presenting the final project, as you would in class.
Shy? do not worry, you can present the powerpoint with your voice narrating the presentation. Some guidelines for your presentation: describe your research work, findings, challenges, learned lessons, and conclusions. Powerpoint should bring at least 15 slides.

2)If you do not work for a company, pick a KM tool that you use in your personal/academic life.
3)Make sure that your peer reviewed papers are submitted as attachment to your project in Pdf file. Hyperlink or any other format will NOT be accepted. Publications not older than 5 years of publication.
Late submissions will NOT be accepted!
4)Your final project will be checked for plagiarism on Turnitin. Now it is time for you to apply all you have learned about proper APA format for citations, paraphrasing, etc. Make sure that your work is revised and consistent with what we have learned and discussed in class before you have it submitted on Canvas via Turnitin
