However, due to the hectic and complex nature of the healthcare industry, it can be challenging to provide personnel with quality education. Therefore, it is essential to discover innovative methods of disseminating information.

Staff meetings/in-services and interactive staff training are the two approaches I would use to disseminate information within my organization. In the context of delivering an educational presentation at a staff meeting or in-service, I would integrate infographics with a concise text component, such as a PowerPoint. This allows people to acquire and visualize information quickly. Infographics are a hybrid element that can be used to visually represent data (Herandez-Sanchez et al., 2021). A lack of motivation to implement an EBP-based plan or program may result if they are unable to pose questions and concerns.
