The aim of this campaign is to encourage people to examine and challenge implicit bias, celebrate diversity, and promote inclusion. (3) Future Efforts • While it may be difficult to include all identities, who or what group(s), and/or topics would you like to see included in future PSAs? • Outside of PSAs, what are some other strategies that could help challenge stereotypes and reduce biases? (4) Conclusion Please double‐space your report and stay within the word count. Use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. You are not required to cite outside sources, but if you do, please use APA format. Using first‐person is permissible. (0-4 points) PSA Analysis (40 points) Provides a brief description of the PSA, excellent insight into representation of different groups, thoughtful perspectives on how various cultural backgrounds might view the PSA, and personal reflection on assumptions made about student’s identity. (36-40 points) Description and analysis are clear, with good insight and some personal reflection. (29-35 points) Basic description and analysis are provided, with limited insight and reflection. (20-28 points) Description and analysis are superficial, lacking in insight and personal reflection (0-19 points) /40 Future Efforts (30 points) Provides insightful suggestions for groups or topics for future PSAs, along with innovative and thoughtful strategies to challenge stereotypes and reduce biases. (27-30 points) Offers relevant suggestions for future PSAs and strategies with some insight. (21-26 points) Provides basic suggestions but lacks depth or creativity. (15-20 points) Suggestions are off-topic, irrelevant, or missing. (0-14 points) /30 Conclusion (10 points) Conclusion effectively summarizes key points and provides a strong final insight or statement. (9-10 points) Conclusion is clear and summarizes main points.
