Introducing flexible working, etc., offer an acceptable discussion of two ways in which a people, professional can build inclusivity into the initiative at the design stage eg through discussions, email and documentary exchanges, research or consultation activities, etc.You also need to discuss two ways of checking inclusivity after the same people practice initiative is first implemented, eg. Informal or formal feedback, consultation re the extent to which the practice reaches and embraces different agendas and needs, etc. Part 2: (1000 words only) This requires you to demonstrate your commitment to professional development and performance improvement. To complete the task you asked, undertake some reflection, self-assessment, and consideration of this feedback leading to an identification of your strengths, weaknesses, and development areas. Following this identification, you will formulate a range of formal and or informal activities to address your development needs and support your continuous development. This task then shifts to a retrospective stance where you’re asked to reflect on the impact of film activities already undertaken in the last 12 months. Written responses to questions, 1 to 4, approximately 1,000 words in total. Question 5 is attached as an appendix. Therefore, the words will not count. 1- Question 1, you need to reflect on your own approach to working inclusively and building positive working relationships with others. Your response should include an explanation of the feedback received and how it has informed your self- assessment. You need to collect feedback from at least one of other person in relation to your behaviours (core behaviours from CIPD Profession map) or performance. This must be evidenced and attached as an appendix. It should state who it is from and their relationship to you. You need to assess your strengths, weaknesses, and development needs based on your earlier responses to 2.3 and 3.1 or question one and 2, and the feedback you have collected. Your response should include an explanation of the feedback received and how it has informed your selfassessment. That is a really important element. So please make sure you address that last part. 4- Question 4, in follow-up to your self-assessment, identify a range of formal or informal development activities you will undertake to support your ongoing professional development. Your response should include a brief description of your chosen activities and your reasons for selecting them. You need to formulate 3 formal and or informal continuing professional development activities to support your learning journey based on your selfassessment. So, it should follow on from the self-assessment you completed in the previous questions. You need to offer a justification of why you have chosen each development activity, eg, if one of your needs is to improve communication skills, you development activities could include watching a Ted talk on improving communication skills and gaining some coaching. It’s important that you focus on that justification. So why is it that those activities are the best ways to help you to develop in those areas. 5- question 5, will be attached as an appendix. So, the words will not count. You need to offer an acceptable reflection of 3 formal or informal development activities undertaken of the last 12 months need to include some insight into the following date of activity. What activity it is you completed? What you learned from the activity. How has it impacted your behaviour and performance? You can present your reflections attached to your assignment, either as your own format CPD record. We’ve also provided you with a template you can use which is available in the resource’s area.
