You are required to find a substantial article on Vertical Integration from a credible magazine or newspaper related to the field (e.g., Wall Street Journal, The Economist or Harvard Business Review). Please provide the article’s complete citation and URL. Then look for the areas where vertical integration has taken place. For instance, you may have an article where an organization wants to have greater control over their supply chain so they decide to vertically integrate. Explain what you see happening and then the strategic tools of analysis, in this example explain any economies of scale that are realized, how demand has changed and asset specificity. Conclude by explaining why you chose this article. The review should be 1.5 to 3 pages, single-spaced, and use APA format (https://new.library.arizona.edu/research/citing/guide) for the citations.
