Search and find 5 articles that support your PICO question and potential changes to practice. You may have more but 5 is the minimum. When choosing your articles look at the evidence levels – you want to have at least 4 of the 5 evidence levels covered in your choice of articles. For some evidence, it may be difficult to find Level 5 research as this is sometimes done at the unit level. There is no need for a title page. Just the table and your references for this assignment. There will be a Zoom session set up before this to help you learn how to search the different evidence levels.
ANYONE with only 3 or fewer levels of evidence will automatically have the document rejected and a grade of 0 on this assignment.

Faculty will provide feedback on changes needed to this document. You must revise the Appendix A table as indicated by the faculty. You must use the table as formatted (Portrait). The author column will be cited as APA author citations. Attach a reference list in APA format at the end of the table document and upload it as an attachment. Faculty will review and return the comments in the Grade book in CANVAS. This will be an extremely busy couple of days for me so if you are done early, please upload. I will grade it in the order it was uploaded.
Appendix A needs to be submitted to Turnitin. A score of less than 20% for similarity and 10% AI is required – Please review and resubmit as necessary. I only look at your work (the form features are not counted). Be sure to submit early so you receive your feedback in time to revise. A suggestion is at least 12 hours before the assignment is due.
The revised table based on your faculty feedback is due in the Module 8 discussion after the faculty indicates it is considered acceptable for use moving forward. You will use the FINAL corrected Appendix A table in the Module 8 discussion and your policy paper. Take the changes I have suggested and apply them to YOUR Original Document.
