· include 10-12 sources, at least 3 of which are scholarly
What does “argument-driven” mean?
· You are making a claim about your topic, taking a position;
· There are other “sides” to this argument, and it can be refuted; your job is to make your case and illustrate why you’re right (this will include acknowledging the counter-argument/s);
· You will illustrate your points with the evidence from your sources.

· Turn in ALL of your pre-writing with your paper (research charts, Annotated Bib, pre-writing including brainstorming/freewrites/lists, drafts and revisions).
