The paper draft is a full and completed first draft of your paper.  Papers should be between 3,000 and 6,000 words in length, double spaced.  They should be well sourced, using professional or academic journals.  A minimum of 10 academic sources should be included, excluding any assigned reading.

Wikipedia and similar sources that rely on user generated information are not acceptable primary source material.

Students should follow American Psychological Association (APA) style (seventh edition) for all citations.

 1. your opening paragraph is good, but you have 2 research statements. twice you say… "This study examines…" Both statements say basically the same thing, but it will confuse the reader. Are you measuring the link between digital transformation and e-government OR are you measuring the link between digital transformation/ e-gov and their effects on governance? It is unclear in this paragraph 

2.  The paper summary is well written, It just needs some clarification and deeper research.
