I am an intern at Journey’s Counseling Center in Greensboro NC. I do intake meaning, I call clients to confirm appointments and schedule/cancel/re-schedule appts. I call referral agencies and clients so they can do intake packets or to confirm their information and schedule an appt with a clinician. I also check in the clients when they come for their appts.
