Avoid Descriptive Writing, be critical. Ideally look at 3-4 literature streams connected to your theme and multiple case study examples. Remember you are considering, comparing and critiquing what academics have already written about the topic-you are NOT applying the literature to a business/context. You may want to support your review with theoretical model and connect these in your writing. All sources are to be referenced accordingly in line with Harvard Referencing guide. Knowledge, understanding and relevance argument, analysis and evaluation are very important in this literature review. Application-Do not apply literature to a business or context in this review directly. As per communication section, there is not an over-reliance on direct quotations in literature review ? ideas / viewpoints are paraphrased and referenced accordingly.
